Protectionism Vs Support for Domestic Products

Taicing : Some developed countries will implement protectionist to survive on the global crisis. However, this action can threaten the world's trade traffic.

Each country always protect the existence of domestic product through export-import policy. However, there are some policies that forbidden such as, protectionism. Protectionism policy is when a country abstruct the import activities. Few week ago, countries in the Asia Pacific region who attended the APEC meeting on trade in Singapore agreed to criticize the United States and other developed countries that admite protectionism.

According to the Export Import expert from the Association of Professional Import Export Indonesia (Apresindo) Drs Sudarsono, threaten the export activities in several other countries will be happen if a country can not controlled protectionism. Protectionism state will also be difficult to doing export activities as a result of their own policies. This condition make the world trade congestion.
